Fantastic! You were just as good as my local bbq spot in Greenville, SC! Your collard greens blew me away and your staff was friendly and attentive.
3-Meat Combo
My wife and I have been coming here for years. We always get the 3 meat combo. I get double brisket and she gets double ribs both with sausage. Then campfire potatoes, baked beans, collards, and some fries. We share everything and have plenty leftover for later. Dont forget sauces, i prefer Georgia Fire while she likes the strawberry Chipotle. House ranch is great on fries or upgrade to Chipotle ranch. Definitely get sweet teas and for dsssert we'd recommend the chocolate bourbon pecan pie. However if you think thats to much just grab the texas two step or a brisket quesodilla with sweet tea of course. No matter what you order you wont be disappointed.
Collard Greens
Growing up in South Carolina and being a Southern we often say about greens we eat "taste like Grandma fixed em." But oh NO. These aren't Grandmas. These are more like Grandma fixed em then papa took them and slow smoked them another 3 hours. It is wonderful!!!! Best BBQ side dish greens ever! Ever! Ever!
3-Meat Combo
The ribs were absolutely amazing, definitely the greatest I've ever had. The brisket also just melts in your mouth. The Mac and cheese is to die for as well.

Brisket
Haywoods brisket a must have every trip to the mountains. I am from South Carolina we have tons of BBQ restaurants and I have never had brisket that taste as good as Haywood's . The sauce choices are the best I have ever had . We look forward to going every trip .
2 Dressed
We live 4 hours away from the closest Haywood but my wife insists on making the trip at least once a month for this sandwich. The pork is always moist and not dried out like it's been sitting in a warmer for several days and the slaw is always creamy and delicious. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves because you are going to make a mess of things by the time you get done.
Sliced Brisket
I've ate BBQ all over the US. I grew up on South Carolina and Western North Carolina BBQ. I TRULY thought all my life that Texas had the best steaks (beef) I ever had. But the BBQ here at Haywood Smokehouse in Dillsboro NC is the best ive ever had! What ever they doing here is exactly what BBQ is about. The sauces, the sides, OMG the deserts. All are my #1 in any place ive ever had Southern BBQ with fixins. No BS they just the BEST!
Dry-Rubbed Ribs
Absolutely delicious and the staff is wonderful.
Sliced Brisket
The brisket was absolutely heavenly! Melt in your mouth tastiness with a smoky flavor, I have recommended it to many friends. It has so much flavor that it doesn't need a sauce, but I still dip it into my baked beans for a tangy sweet kick.
