This November, our slow-smoked barbecue starts shipping nationwide. Whole meats out of our own hickory smokers, vacuum sealed and frozen at the peak of freshness, packed in an insulated box, and on its way to your door.

How It Arrives

Every whole meat is vacuum sealed and frozen at the peak of freshness, then packed in an insulated box built for the trip. Put it straight in your freezer. Reheating instructions come in every box, so it comes to your table the way we would serve it in ours.
